What company name should show up on my PayPal or credit card bill?

Charges for your BSA membership or courses will appear under the company name Bart Ehrman Professional Services LLC. If you have any questions about a charge, please contact our support team.

 

What happens if I pause my subscription?

  • You temporarily lose access to all BSA courses, live events, and community interactions.
  • Your account remains intact, so you can resume your subscription anytime without losing your account details or payment history.
  • Pausing does not cancel your subscription, and you won't be charged while it's paused.
  • Is there a way to get a refund if I cancel my subscription?

    While all of our individual courses offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, BSA comes with a free trial so we don't offer a refund for BSA.  If you do cancel, however, you will retain full access to all features until the end of your current billing cycle. If you have concerns about your subscription, we encourage you to contact our support team for assistance.

     

    What happens to my access if I cancel my subscription?

  • You lose access to all BSA content, including courses, live events, and the member community.
  • However, if you’ve purchased any standalone courses separately, you retain lifetime access to those through your ThriveCart account.
  • To ensure uninterrupted learning, consider pausing instead of canceling if you need a temporary break.
