This page is dedicated to helping you troubleshoot any problems you may be having logging into a Bart Ehrman course, webinar, or NINT conference.
The platform we use for all of these is ThriveCart so gaining access to ThriveCart is your key!
Here are some steps you can take:
If this is your first time signing up for a Bart Ehrman course:
- Search your email for an email from [email protected]. This gives you the instructions to set up your ThriveCart account where you’ll your course. Don’t see the email? Try checking junk/spam/promotions folders.
- Be sure to create your ThriveCart account using the SAME EMAIL you used when you signed up for your course.
- If you can’t find the email from ThriveCart or can’t log in, please email us at [email protected]
If you’ve purchased or signed up for a free course with us before:
- You should already have a ThriveCart account. The login page is: ehrman.thrivecart.com/signin/
- If you forgot your password, please use the “forgot your password” button to reset your password.
- If you can’t remember ever setting up a ThriveCart account, you may still need to do so. See step 1 in the section above. That may help you get access.
